The park will be open 10am - 7pm on Saturday and Sunday (with the East base area opening at 11am on Saturday).
Starting Monday, July 2nd, the Adventure Park will operate on our regular schedule 7 days a week through the summer (weather permitting).
Just an hour east of Portland, the Adventure Park is known as Oregon’s Most Exciting Summer Attraction where there’s something for everyone from families and action-oriented grown-ups and teens to mature adults in the 980 acre park.
The most popular attraction remains the unique Alpine Slide. It begins with a leisurely trip up the mountain on the Scenic Sky chair, which provides a magnificent view of the Cascades, in particularly nearby Mt. Hood. Guests step off the chair and walk a few yards to the starting point of the ½ mile dual Alpine Slide. Cruising down a winding track, riders control the speed of their own sled-like carts with a simple brake handle. Most people ride solo, but parents can double up with younger kids.
Guest can bypass the Alpine slide and either ride the chairlift round-trip, hike or bike down the Upper Bowl. Interpretative trails at the top lead to nearby Mirror and Wind Lakes, lined with huckleberries for easy picking in the summer months, providing a breathtaking and easy alpine hike down.
FOR EXTREME ATTRACTIONS visit the East base area where you'll find some of the more popular attractions such as the Zip Line, Bungee Tower, Rapid Riser Reverse Bungee, Indy Karts, Batting Cages and others. The kid's will also enjoy some of their favorite attractions at the East base area with the Kiddy Karts, Kiddy Canoes, Kid's Super Play Zone, Quad Bungee Trampoline and more.
